Over 34 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, and plant management.
Sudheendra P H comes with over 34 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, and plant management, as Co-Founder & COO of Quantum Nexus, Sudheendra P H brings deep industry expertise to Quantum Nexus. He partners with organizations to optimize operations, improve productivity, ensure compliance, reduce costs, and build sustainable manufacturing excellence.
He has successfully led greenfield and brownfield projects, factory modernization initiatives, operational excellence programs, and large-scale manufacturing operations across FMCG, engineering, textile, and process industries.
His core expertise includes feasibility studies, plant layout design using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean Manufacturing principles, statutory and regulatory compliance, project management, process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality systems, EHS management, and workforce development. He has also played a key role in industrial relations, including successful union wage negotiations and organizational transformation initiatives.
